BROOMFIELD
We were asked by the client to utilise an existing steeply sloped area to the side of their property. At an angle of 32 degrees the land was unsafe and unusably by both adults and children.
Working closely with local building control we were able to gain approval to extend on top of the existing 2m retaining wall.
This allowed us to build two conservatories back to back. One a play room and one a new family room with floor levels to match their existing house.
