ST. MICHAELS MEAD, HERTS

As with so many modern 3-storey properties, the ground floor reception rooms were out of proportion to the number of bedrooms above.

Our solution was a full width orangery extension to create a large new family room.

Thermostatic, rain sensor controlled roof vents were used to create a comfortable environment all year round.

Folding sliding doors were used to seamlessly link the orangery to the outdoor entertainment area and extensive landscape grounds.

Our architectural staff incorporated many of the existing details such as recreating the stone look rendered exterior of the main property.
